One hotkey, one second, one shareable link. No saving, no attaching, no uploading by hand.
Ctrl+Alt+7 · Windows · macOS
Screenshot-to-link is a workflow where taking a screenshot instantly produces a shareable URL on your clipboard, instead of a file on your desktop. Maxisnap does this in under a second on the default hotkey (Ctrl+Alt+7); the resulting URL renders as a hosted PNG that works in chat apps, issue trackers, docs, and email.
If you previously used Gyazo for this exact flow but want your captures hosted somewhere you control, Maxisnap is a Gyazo replacement with private uploads — same one-keystroke share-link result, but pointed at your own SFTP, S3, or R2 bucket if you prefer.
Capture → upload → URL copied
The same Ctrl+Alt+7 hotkey can point at three different destinations. Each produces the same end result — a URL on your clipboard in under a second.

Screenshot-to-link FAQ
How do I make a screenshot into a URL automatically?
Install Maxisnap, press Ctrl+Alt+7, drag a region. The URL lands on your clipboard in under a second — before you've even moved the mouse to your chat window.
Does the URL expire?
On Maxisnap Cloud, URLs don't expire by default. On your own SFTP or S3 server, retention is entirely up to you — you can set lifecycle rules, delete after N days, or keep forever.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Configure an SFTP, S3, or custom HTTP upload target in Settings → Upload, and set a custom Base URL (e.g. screens.yourcompany.com). Every capture produces a URL on your domain.
Is the URL private?
Links are unguessable but not authenticated by default. For sensitive content, use your own server with access control, or blur sensitive regions before capture with Maxisnap's blur tool.
What's the hotkey for capture-to-link?
Ctrl+Alt+7 on Windows, Cmd+Opt+7 on macOS. Fully remappable in Settings → Hotkeys with live conflict detection.
Stop attaching files. Start pasting links.
Download Maxisnap and turn every screenshot into a URL in one hotkey.
