Free tier — personal and commercial use allowed

The Maxisnap free tier may be used for both personal and commercial purposes at no charge. You can take screenshots at work, annotate them for client reports, and share them via Maxisnap Cloud — all within the free tier.

Pro & Studio — for power users

For higher upload volume or full self-hosting, two paid options exist. See our pricing page for a full comparison.

• Pro — 10 GB of Maxisnap Cloud storage and ad-free share pages. $18/year per user, or $59/year for Pro Plus (50 GB).
• Studio — One-time $29 add-on for self-hosting your uploads and share dashboard on your own SFTP, FTP, S3/R2, or HTTP server.

Need volume licensing, invoice billing, or MSI deployment for a larger team? Email us — arrangements are made case by case.

What is NOT permitted

• Reselling, redistributing, or offering Maxisnap or the Maxisnap Dashboard to third parties as your own commercial product or service, without a written agreement. Re-skinning your own self-hosted Studio Dashboard for your own use and for your clients is permitted — that is what Studio is for.
• Modifying the binary and distributing it to others
• Using Maxisnap to capture or process content that violates any applicable law
• Bypassing license enforcement mechanisms

OEM & integration licensing

If you want to bundle Maxisnap with your own product or integrate it into an enterprise toolchain, get in touch. We offer OEM licensing on a case-by-case basis.
